Shrimp tagliatelle
Classic italian dish made at home
Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp
Instructions
- Choose a good tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions, then set aside. Add a little bit of olive oil and mix to keep pasta from sticking.
- Shrimp should be cooked separately. Take your peeled shrimp and season them with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp with a touch of butter and medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until they change color. They should go to from a clear, almost white, to an orange or pink color.
